PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Pre-made items will be posted within 3-4 business days. I live on a farm 33 km from the nearest post office, so sometimes there’s a few days wait until I’m next in town. Please allow 7-10 days for back orders and custom orders to be made and posted. Please inform me at the time of ordering if you have a deadline and I will do my best to accommodate you.
All purchases are carefully wrapped to protect your parcel in transit. I aim to use recycled materials including: clean, pre-loved fabric, recyclable tissue paper, reused plastic containers, and compostable mailing bags. Little Henny paper gift bags tied with repurposed ribbon are available on request. Please add a note to me at Checkout if your purchase is a gift and I will include gift bag/s at no extra cost.
SHIPPING OPTIONS – (AUSTRALIA ONLY)
All parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. There are six postage options to select from at Checkout for getting your parcel to you…
- Standard parcel postage is $9.30
- Local postage is $5.60 (only for customers living within a 50 km radius of Murrayville PO, such as Pinnaroo and Underbool)
- Free shipping for Orders $75+ (This option will only be available to select once your cart reaches an amount of $75 or more)
- Express postage is $12.30
- Gift Card Standard Envelope only is $1.10
- Local pick-up is available FREE for the Murrayville area. Please select the ‘Local Pickup’ option at checkout to ensure you are not charged for shipping. You can type a suggested location for parcel drop-off in the Message box, or send me a text message. Delivery times are dependent on when I am next in town.
If you choose ‘Express Postage’ please be aware that this just means that Australia Post will deliver your parcel express. It does not mean that your order will be ready any earlier on my end.
Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible for the time it takes Australia Post to deliver your items. Once it is posted, it is out of my control. Little Henny will not be held accountable for any lost items.
